After submitting your application request, a Loan Representative will contact you within 24 to 48 business hours to get started with the Freddie Mac Form 65/Fannie Mae Form 1003 Uniform Residential Loan Application, a confirmation will be sent to your email box.

The lender, Per the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, shall have 30 days after receiving a completed application of the creditor’s approval, counter offer, or adverse action. Any approval issued by the lender shall have 90 days for expiration.
