Once the application is reviewed, within 24 to 72 business hours you will be informed whether you will be issued a “Pre-Approval”, counter offer, or adverse action. The lender, Per the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, shall have 30 days after receiving a completed application of the creditor’s approval, counter offer, or adverse action. Any approval issued by the lender shall have 90 days for expiration.
